About the Tudi Holmes Realty Office Building
318 Wofford Street Spartanburg, SC
We are pleased to be able to open our doors and showcase our building, which is more than 100-years-old! It has been gently and meticulously restored. Without question, the office that houses this firm is the star of the show. It serves as its own story: having once been a grocery store warehouse and briefly serving as a church.
To revive the structure, Tudi served as the general contractor for the years-long restoration project. Once derelict and leaky, the 2-story property now stands at approximately 1850 square feet and boasts a beautiful spiral staircase, exposed brick, shiplap, meeting/office space, conference room, views of the downtown skyline and plenty of lighting.
Our office was a Class C property. But that did not stop us from restoring and transforming it into a beautiful building--anchoring a part of the City that is growing and experiencing active redevelopment. It has truly been a labor of love. The building’s connection to the history of Spartanburg was something that Tudi really wanted to preserve and make into a sort of beacon as you drive into the City. We could not be more proud of its finished look!
